Katy and I at the movies

After my late night, I slept in pretty late Sunday. When I finally got up around 1 pm, my sister was gone, but my grandmother and mom where up cooking and cleaning. I helped them with a few things and then did some picture editing and Facebook updating.

After our huge lunch, I got a hold of Katy to see if she still wanted to do something. We'd talked about going to the zoo in the afternoon, but it costs about 20 euros and closes at 3 pm on Sunday, so we decided we for sure were not going to do the zoo on Sunday. Instead we decided to see a movie in Spanish called "Conocerás al hombre de tus sueños" (You will meet the man of your dreams) down the street from my house. It was really good and we understood most of it, except for the very ending when the narator was talking super fast. Aka we have no idea who got divoriced and who lived happily ever after, so we just made up or own ending to the movie :) Mikaela couldn't go with us :(

After the movie, Katy and I went to the McDonalds that was attached to the theater. McDonalds here are quite a bit different. There are no bacon egg and cheese biscuits and the cokes are small enough to down in one gulp. :( They also serve beer and have a euro menu instead of a dollar menu. I got a cafe con helado off the euro menu (coffee with ice cream). It was possibly the best decision I made all Sunday. Seriously DELICIOUS!!!! 

After our little snack, Katy and I parted ways to do homework, eat dinner, and sleep. :)
